返金ポリシー

7日間の返品ルール / 7-Day Return Policy

  • 商品を受け取ってから7日以内に返品リクエストが可能です。

  • 返品対象となる条件：

    • 未使用・未着用

    • タグ付き

    • 元のパッケージに入っている

    • レシートまたは購入の証明がある

  • 返品手続き：

    • 返品をご希望の場合は、まず cheeeds@cido-ltd.co.jp までご連絡ください。

    • 返品が受け入れられる場合、返品手順をお知らせします。

    • 事前連絡なしの返送は受け付けません。

破損・不良品 / Damaged or Defective Items

  • 商品受領時に確認してください。

  • 商品に欠陥や破損がある、または間違った商品を受け取った場合は、7日以内にご連絡ください。

  • 確認後、適切に対応します（交換または返金）。

返品不可商品 / Non-Returnable Items

  • カスタマイズ品（特注・パーソナライズ商品）

  • 衛生日用品（美容用品など）

  • セール商品やギフトカード

※特定の商品について不明な点はお問い合わせください。

交換 / Exchanges

  • 交換は基本的に対応しておらず、代わりに返品後に新たに購入いただく形になります。

  • 一点もの商品は同じ商品がないため、交換不可です。

欧州連合の14日間クーリングオフ / EU 14-Day Cooling-Off

  • EU域内への発送の場合、14日以内に正当な理由なしで注文をキャンセル・返品する権利があります。

  • 条件は7日間返品ルールと同じです（未使用、タグ付き、元パッケージ、購入証明必要）。

返金 / Refunds

  • 返品商品を受領・検査後、承認の可否をご連絡します。

  • 承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法に返金されます。

  • 銀行やカード会社の処理により、実際の返金に時間がかかる場合があります。

  • 返品承認後、16営業日以上経過しても返金が確認できない場合は、 cheeeds@cido-ltd.co.jp までご連絡ください。

7-Day Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Return conditions:

    • Unused and unworn

    • With tags attached

    • In original packaging

    • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

  • To initiate a return:

    • Contact cheeeds@cido-ltd.co.jp first.

    • If the return is accepted, instructions will be provided.

    • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect your items upon receipt.

  • If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.

  • We will take appropriate action (replacement or refund) after confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Hygiene products (cosmetics, etc.)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are generally not available.

  • For one-of-a-kind items, exchanges are not possible. Return and reorder is recommended.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off

  • For shipments to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

  • Conditions are the same as the 7-day return policy (unused, tags attached, original packaging, proof of purchase required).

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Processing by banks or card companies may take additional time.

  • If more than 16 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact cheeeds@cido-ltd.co.jp.
